Kitchen and Laundry Products Laboratory
Our laboratory is NATA-accredited to test:
- Clothes Washers to AS/NZS 2040 part 1 and 2;
- Dishwashers to AS/NZS 2007 part 1 and 2;
- Rotary Clothes Dryers to AS/NZS 2442 part 1 and 2
We also test Detergent and Stain Removers to our own method based on a uniquely designed, efficient rig that can compare up to 6 products simultaneously.
Our controlled laboratory environment, combined with calibrated standard appliances and test equipment ensure efficient and reliable appliance testing. A high quality water system provides water temperature and hardness control.
Members of our staff also participate in committees for the development of specialist AS/NZ and ISO standards and we have hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of many standards.
